I'd like to cancel/return my order.

If orders are cancelled on the same day that they are placed, no charge will be assessed and the order will be refunded, unless the order has already shipped or prescription lenses have already been made for the order. Orders cannot be cancelled after the day of ordering, and the customer will need to return the frames once received. If prescription lenses have already been made and cancellation is requested on the day of ordering, Round Living will cancel the order and the cost of goods of the prescription lenses will be deducted from any cash refunds.
